Council advises that the sale day for Prime Sales (normally conducted on Thursdays) will continue to be temporarily suspended on recommendation from the Roma Livestock Agents Association. 

Prime cattle will continue to be accepted as part of the weekly Tuesday Store Sale until the end of December 2022. 

A review will be undertaken in November 2022 in consultation with the Roma Livestock Agents Association.

Roma Saleyards Sale - Tuesday, 03 September 2024

A total of 8,174 cattle are booked in for Tuesday's sale.

This includes 3,678 steers, 2,948 heifers, 1,367 cows, 104 bulls, and 77 cows and calves.

2024 Roma Saleyards Bull Sales

Roma Saleyards bull sales are held all year round, but are usually scheduled from July through to October based on demand.
