Final commissioning of Festoon Lights in McDowall Street, Roma

Council would like to advise Roma residents and visitors that it will be undertaking commissioning works to the Festoon Lighting in McDowall Street on the evenings of 6 August and 7 August.

To help minimise disruption to the community and businesses in the area, the works for this project have been scheduled for the nights of Tuesday 6 August and Wednesday 7 August after 10:00pm.

McDowall Street will not be closed, but areas may be demarcated by barriers and construction safety vehicles for short periods of time. Please be advised to travel through this area with caution. 

The contractor will endeavour to accommodate business and community needs as best possible.
