Council to Replace Contract Management System (Beakon) with New System Linksafe

Linksafe is part of the Vendorpanel suite of products that Council uses for Tenders and Request for Quotes. Over the longer term, Linksafe will also manage Council’s site and visitor access.

A new contractor induction is being developed with this rollout.

Beakon will no longer be available after Friday 16/02/2024. Unfortunately, Linksafe won’t be ready to use for a couple of weeks. Once Linksafe is ready you will receive an email from Linksafe to Register your business and employees. Unfortunately, Council cannot do this for you.

If you have employees that need to complete Council’s Contractor Induction, please email Procurement via procurement@maranoa.qld.gov.au and we will send you an induction for your staff to complete and return to us. Council will assess the induction and all going well will send you the employee's induction certificate.
