Join us for a heartwarming Christmas Luncheon – Open to all in the Maranoa community!

Maranoa Regional Council is proud to announce its FREE Christmas Luncheon, scheduled to take place on Friday, 15 December 2023.

This heartwarming event is open to the entire Maranoa community, extending a warm invitation to those who may be spending the festive season alone or who simply wish to come together and share in the spirit of Christmas.

The luncheon will feature Santa, music and a meal for all to enjoy. The festivities will take place in the Ernest Brock Room at the Roma Cultural Centre, starting at 11am.

Mayor Tyson Golder said the Christmas Luncheon has become a cherished tradition, providing a welcoming space for residents to connect, celebrate and enjoy a festive meal. 

“The Council Christmas Luncheon is back by popular demand. It is a wonderful time of the year to celebrate Christmas lunch with our local community”. Cr Golder said.

The event is free of charge, emphasising inclusivity and the importance of community during this special time of the year.
