MAINTENANCE WORK SET TO CONCLUDE AT ROMA SKATE PARK

Maranoa Regional Council would like to inform residents that Council will re-open the majority of the Roma Skate Park on Saturday, 25 June 2022.

The western portion of the park (modular steel half-pipe and platforms) will remain closed until Sunday, 26 June 2022 while work is completed.

The works completed are a combination of safety rectifications identifed during the community consultation for the Skate Park Master Planning, as well as minor improvements such as grind bar and roll-over bund based on community feedback.

Council thanks residents for their patience during this time – we hope the recent work is enjoyed by residents and travellers.
