Maranoa Planning Scheme Property Report
The Maranoa Planning Scheme Property Report is an easy and convenient way to access development information relating to a specific property.
The tool allows users to search any property within the region and obtain information including:
- General property information (such as lot identification, land area, tenure, etc.);
- A summary of the applicable planning scheme zones, local plans and overlays;
- Maps showing the applicable mapping layers of the planning scheme; and
- Development approval records.
Through the report, users can also access relevant sections of the planning scheme, Council's Development Application Tracker, Property Search Forms and State Government and Google mapping services.
Information is automatically collated into a user-friendly PDF report format, allowing easy saving, sharing and printing.
The report is device responsive and can be viewed on a desktop computer, tablet or smart phone.
If you are unable to locate your property address whilst using this tool, please report this issue to Council's Planning Team on 1300 007 662 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The information provided in this report is made available for general reference purposes only and does not replace the need to obtain a Planning and Development Certificate or the need to seek professional legal or town planning advice in relation to the existing or intended use of a property.
If you are undertaking conveyancing, development or building certification, it is recommended that you conduct the necessary Council searches. These may include (but are not limited to) building information searches, planning and development certificates.
Online Mapping Tool - **Coming Soon**
Council has been successful in securing $140,800 from the Department of State Development for the Queensland Government's Innovation and Improvement Fund.
This funding will go towards developing a free to use web based tool that provides access to local mapping within the Maranoa Regional Council area.
The tool will enable users to browse property information, look up the location of infrastructure and services, view land constraints and flood hazard mapping. The tool will continue to be updated with new mapping and information as it becomes available.
