The Roma Saleyards Invites You To The New Memorial Wall Unveiling

Commemorating those who have made significant impacts on the Roma Saleyards, join the families and community on Tuesday 12 March 2024, for the unveiling of the new memorial wall.

Commencing at 7:30am at the Saleyards, pay respects to those (deceased) who helped foster the Roma Saleyards to grow into the biggest in Australia and remain the marketplace of choice. This includes the three original commemorative plaques that have been relocated from the old administrative building.

Those looking to nominate an individual they think worthy of a commemorative plaque can find nomination forms printed out on the day. After the unveiling, enjoy the Saleyards Café and stick around for the weekly sale commencing at 8am – all welcome.
