Online
Maranoa Regional Council offers a secure online payment service to make payments at any time convenient to you.
Maranoa Regional Council's online payment service accepts MasterCard and Visa. Paypal, Afterpay and Zip Pay are not accepted.

Contact your bank or financial institution to make this payment from your cheque, savings, debit or credit card or transaction account.

Reference Number: As shown on the front side of your rate notice.
Mail
Include your rate notice assessment or a copy of your account and return it with your payment to Maranoa Regional Council PO Box 620 Roma, QLD 4455.
All cheques are to be in Australian dollars and should be made payable to Maranoa Regional Council.
Acceptance of a cheque and the issue of a receipt therefore is conditional on collection of the proceeds and until collection, no credit is given or implied.
Prepay your rates
To assist with budgeting purposes, ratepayers can prepay rates in advance at any time.
If you need assistance to work out your prepayment plan, please contact the Rates & Utilities Team on 1300 007 662.
It must be noted that interest is not paid by Council to you on any credit balances.
If you have recently moved, ensure you have updated your details with Council.
Having difficulty paying your rates?
If you can't pay the full amount by the due date, you can apply for a payment arrangement.
Please contact Council before the due date to arrange this.
