Community Engagement

Council's decision making is shaped and improved through regular two-way communication with the community that elected members represent.

Community meetings and other engagement activities are undertaken to provide the opportunity for the community to provide feedback on matters important to you.

Outside of these formal opportunities, residents can lodge a customer request here.

Councillor Catch-ups

Councillors are getting out and about across the region to meet with residents as part of their commitment to listen and report back to the Maranoa.

These sessions provide an opportunity to meet with Councillors face-to-face in your local area to informally chat about what’s important to you and to ask questions about what Council is doing in your town and the broader region.

Keep an eye on our social media for the next round of Catch-ups.
