The Roma Library carpark will be closed from 4:30pm - 7:30pm Friday, 31st October.
This closure is to accommodate the Roma Lib-SCARY After Dark! event.
Residents are welcome to partake in this event which will feature competitions, a BBQ and food trucks, ghoulish stories and more.
