These reports monitor a vast range of performance metrics for Councils ten potable water schemes.
The KPIs and NPR aim to monitor and benchmark performance across key industry metrics such as water security, usage, asset information, financial sustainability, workforce and the quality of customer service.
Performance report outcomes are shared via the Statewide Water Information Management (SWIM) database, which was established to consolidate large volumes of data and facilitate its distribution to relevant State and Commonwealth agencies.
These reports will be utilised by Government agencies for benchmarking reports.
