A dog attack occurred at 9:00am yesterday, Sunday 28 June at the Roma Car Wash, on the corner of Quintin and Alfred Street.
Council is seeking community assistance for any dashcam, CCTV footage, along with any other information related to the incident.
Council is also seeking the assistance of a woman running in the area who witnessed the attack.
