Maranoa Regional Council would like to advise landholders that they will be able to bait more regularly through a new and consistent 1080 baiting approach that Council is implementing.
Council will be offering an ad hoc baiting program whereby on the first Wednesday of each month, eligible participants will be able to provide their own meat for baiting at the Roma Waste Facility.
In order to procure the baits, eligible participants must book by appointment with Council’s Rural Lands team.
The program will commence in early June.
