Be Healthy & Safe Maranoa is a community owned initiative, made up of partnerships between Council and local community services, and organisations that all want to see the best for their clients, clients’ families and the wider Maranoa community.
Our vision: Improvement in broad health outcomes encompassing social, mental and physical health. Be Healthy Maranoa has its finger on the pulse of the changing needs of the Maranoa and is responsive to these needs. The community has increasing ownership of this initiative.
Our mission: Using a collaborative and evidence-based approach to health promotion, Be Healthy Maranoa aims to improve the health of the whole Maranoa community with an emphasis on vulnerable groups.
