A staff meeting was held and many days set aside to ensure everything was ‘up to scratch’, with many new staff still finding their feet, the preparation for an audit seemed overwhelming for local EmployABILITY staff.

The EmployABILITY office was ‘abuzz’ with excitement and dread leading up to the review. The Charleville office was audited first, which gave Roma the chance to review feedback and ensure files were presented in the correct manner.

Although some new staff appeared fearful of the visiting accountants, it was smooth sailing as EmployABILITY passed with flying colours; however EmployABILITY Employment Consultant, Anita White, believes supplying great food certainly did not hurt the situation.

"It is amazing to be a part of a great working team, although we were pulling our hair out some days, we rallied together, helped each other and got all files up-to-date," said Ms White.

With only a few minor observations and recommendations, EmployABILITY Coordinator, Rosanne Byrnes can take a quick breath, before her next big project, preparing for the upcoming EmployABILITY tender in August.

"We all hope our coordinator breaths as she remembers EmployABILITY is a great team that will work together to help in the tendering process, which is why EmployABILITY is a wonderful place to work," Anita White.
