The Maranoa Planning Scheme Property Report is an easy and convenient way to access development information relating to a specific property.
The tool allows users to search any property within the region and obtain information including:
- General property information (such as lot identification, land area, tenure, etc.);
- A summary of the applicable planning scheme zones, local plans and overlays;
- Maps showing the applicable mapping layers of the planning scheme; and
- Development approval records.
Through the report, users can also access relevant sections of the planning scheme, Council’s Development Application Tracker, Property Search Forms and State Government and Google mapping services.
Information is automatically collated into a user-friendly PDF report format, allowing easy saving, sharing and printing.
The report is device responsive and can be viewed on a desktop computer, tablet or smart phone.
