Proposed Field Employees Agreement 2009

The agreement is known as the Maranoa Regional Council Field Employees Agreement 2009.
On Friday, 9 October 2009, the Australian Election Company, with representatives from Maranoa Regional Council and the Australian Workers Union (AWU), Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union (CRMEU) and the Transport Workers Union (TWU) in attendance, counted the ballot held for the proposed new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement known as the Maranoa Regional Council Field Employees Agreement 2009.
A total of 172 votes were cast with 150 votes (87.2%) in favour of the Agreement and 22 votes (12.8%) not in favour of the Agreement. There were no informal votes cast.
